Speech Therapy

Goodness Allied Health offers paediatric clients speech therapy subsequent to an initial speech pathology assessment. If your child has undertaken a speech pathology assessment within the past 12-months, intervention can commence straight away if an assessment report is provided.

Therapy Duration

Goodness Allied Health offers weekly and fortnightly services. Therapy services may span 30-, 45-, 60- or 90-minutes, based on your child’s needs. Therapy duration is subject to the clinician’s capacity. Speech therapy services will be provided through therapy blocks. This means your child may experience periods of weekly or fortnightly services, followed by opportunities for a break in therapy or access to group therapy services whilst remaining on the clinician’s caseload. The length and frequency of each therapy block will depend on your child's goals and will be guided by evidence-based practice to support the best possible progress.
